I cannot put into words the excitement I get when I think about the work this chapter and organization does for everyone in the community. You will see throughout our website that we have a focus on youth and women, but honestly, we pull together and help anyone in need. At the end of the day, we are an organization of service and understand that it takes many coming together to help one another.
While we are coming off of 91 years of service, there is still a lot of work to be done. We don't do it for accolades and recognition, but merely because it is the right thing to do. Every member in this chapter and organization is committed to sisterhood, friendship and service.

Our Purpose:
Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Epsilon Psi Chapter seeks to (1) unite in a sisterhood qualified business and professional women; (2) promote increased interest in business education among high school and college girls; (3) encourage the development of leadership; and (4) establish and promote civic and social service activities for youth and adults.
