It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of Epsilon Psi and to lead a remarkable group of business and professional women who are committed to service, sisterhood, and community impact.
This year, our theme is "Let's BE About It"—a call to action that challenges us to move beyond intention and into meaningful action. As we continue the work of our Founders, we remain focused on four guiding pillars: Back to Basics, Building Bonds, Bolstering Businesses, and Broadening our Brand.
We are committed to strengthening the foundation of our beloved sorority by honoring our traditions, values, and purpose. We will cultivate deeper relationships among our members, foster opportunities for personal and professional growth, support entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, and expand the visibility and impact of Iota Phi Lambda throughout our communities.
At Epsilon Psi, we believe that true sisterhood is demonstrated through service, collaboration, and a willingness to make a difference. Our Purpose:
Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Epsilon Psi Chapter seeks to (1) unite in a sisterhood qualified business and professional women; (2) promote increased interest in business education among high school and college girls; (3) encourage the development of leadership; and (4) establish and promote civic and social service activities for youth and adults.
